Answer first: SK Protection Limited provides security for construction sites across London, Essex and the South East, including static guards, K9 patrols and high-visibility patrols, with a fixed written quote after a site survey.
Construction sites face theft of plant and materials, vandalism and unauthorised access, especially out of hours. Our cover protects your site, plant and workforce, and keeps access controlled and recorded.
Risks
- Theft of plant, tools and materials
- Unauthorised access and trespass, including out of hours
- Vandalism and arson risk on open or partly built sites
- Health and safety risks from uncontrolled entry
Solutions
We agree a site plan after a survey: static guarding at gates and compounds, K9 patrols for large or open sites, and high-visibility patrols for regular checks and deterrence. Guards control access, check deliveries and visitors, and record incidents and handovers.
Outcomes
Fewer losses and less disruption, controlled access, and a clear record of who entered the site and when. Cover can scale as the site grows, from groundworks to fit-out.
