These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by SK Protection, a K9 security company operating in the United Kingdom.By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

SK Protection offers:

• K9 security patrols

• Static guard dogs

• Event and property protection

• Site risk assessments and consultancy

Service agreements will be outlined in individual contracts based on the scope of work.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• All bookings require written confirmation.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to the site

• Disclose all potential hazards or security risks

• Cooperate with SK Protection’s staff during service delivery

5. Liability

SK Protection will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Losses caused by third-party actions or failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except in cases of gross negligence or unlawful conduct.

6. Staff and Dogs

All personnel and K9 units are:

• Fully trained and licensed under UK law

• Insured for public liability and professional indemnity
  Clients must not feed, interfere with, or attempt to handle the dogs unless authorised.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received during the contract strictly confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, or immediately in cases of breach of contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
